If you've reached this page, we want to thank you as you are either someone interested in booking a table with us or you already have a booking or event planned with us. Of course, we want to make sure you have the best possible experience with us, but we have a couple of terms and conditions that we recommend you read through to check there are no undesired surprises further down the line. 

Table Bookings Policy 

We recommend making a booking to secure your table in our restaurant/bar. We do allow for walk-ins when we have spaces available, but at busy times we will turn people away when at capacity. 

If you're running late, we will hold your table for up to 15 minutes from your booking time, after which the team will release it and allocate it to other guests. 

We require a card authentication of £10 per person to confirm the booking. We ask for 24 hours' cancellation notice for parties up to 10 guests or 48 hours' notice for parties over 10 guests.  

If a booking does not show up or cancels less than the notice period above, a fee of £10 per person is charged to the card authorised on the booking. 

All our deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit to secure your area, this will be discounted from your bill at the end of the evening or used as a food/drink pre-order. 

We don't offer any refunds if you don't turn up for your booking on time. 

Our dress code is smart casual and doesn't allow for any sportswear, hats or caps. 

We are an over 21 venue and we check IDs upon entrance. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you don't have any form of ID on you. 

18+ may be allowed under venue management discretion, please make contact to discuss. 

Our team reserve the right to refuse entry and service to intoxicated guests. In this circumstance, we can't offer any refund on pre-purchase drinks. 

If the venue were to close due to an unexpected reason on the date of your booking, we would move your booking to a different date. 

All prices include VAT. There will be an optional 12.5% service charge added to your bill. 

If you require any information regarding allergens, please ask a member of our team. 

Lucy Wong is unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please guard against the loss of handbags, coats and other personal belongings. 


Private Hire/Party Booking Policy 

All exclusive hires and semi-private hires are subject to a food & beverage minimum spend. 

The minimum spend varies according to the booked area and time of year. Certain types of events will require the full minimum spend to be pre-paid 7 days before the event date. As with other deposit payments, there will be no refunds of minimum spend amounts. 

We require a deposit of 50% of the agreed minimum to secure the booking. We then need the remaining 50% to be paid on the day of the event. 

All party bookings must be confirmed in writing. 

We must receive your pre-order of food and drink as well as list of any allergens in your group at least a week before your event. 

All our deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit to secure your area, this will be discounted from your bill at the end of the evening or used as a food/drink pre-order. 

We don't offer any refunds if you don't turn up for your booking on time.

We have a two-week cancellation policy for large groups. If a party cancels within two weeks of the booking date, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit.  

For any exclusive hires, we require at least four weeks’ notice for any cancellations to your booking and 48 hours for any changes.  If you cancel after this time or do not show up for your booking on the evening, the full deposit will be retained. We hold your reserved area for a maximum of 30 minutes. Please do inform us of any lateness and we will try and hold your booking for you however if contact is not made within 30 minutes, we will treat this as a no-show and the deposit will be retained. 

Our team reserve the right to refuse entry and service to intoxicated guests. In this circumstance, we can't offer any refund on pre-purchase drinks. 

Ticket sales for private events within our venue is prohibited without written approval from our management team. 

There will be an optional 12.5% service charge added to your bill.
